Rebooking

  • Rebooking to another date (if available) at the same location can be done up to 48 hours before the start time, the cost is € 15.00 per change.
  • Rebooking to other location is not possible.

Cancel when paying online

  1. Cancellations should always be indicated by email to info@waargelukligt.nl stating your name and period.
  2. No cancellation is possible within 48 before the reservation starts.
  3. For cancellations between 2 and 14 days before the start of the reservation, we will deposit 50% of the reservation amount into your account within 5 business days.
  4. If you cancel 14 days before the start of the reservation, we will deposit 75% of the reservation amount into your account within 5 business days.
  5. The administration fee of €10 will not be refunded.
  6. If you cancel due to weather conditions: then you can use rebooking. You will receive a credit voucher through the mail.
  7. All amounts on this website are without VAT, these will be settled in the invoice.

Wellness conditions;

The conditions below are for your own safety, and health, when in doubt consult a physician!

  1. Make sure you have eaten enough. Never enter the sauna hungry or with alcohol. Drink plenty of water after a sauna session.
  2. Start with 10-15 minutes per sauna session and take a cold shower afterwards to cool down
  3. Listen to your body to determine your sauna time.
  4. In the sauna, always sit or lie on a towel with the entire body, including the feet.
  5. We recommend not wearing swimwear in the sauna. Your body needs to dissipate excess heat and textiles work against this.

Absolute contraindications

  • Fever
  • Diseases involving increased metabolism
  • Infectious skin diseases
  • Infectious Diseases
  • Edema caused by heart, lung or kidney failure
  • Heart defects and pacemaker
  • Cancer - in tumors
  • Thrombosis - in the area to be treated
  • Psychosis
  • Blood thinners, anti-inflammatories
  • Pregnancy (up to 3 months)
  • Severe form of rheumatoid arthritis or osteoporosis

Relative contraindications

  1. Epilepsy
  2. Open wounds
  3. Local inflammations
  4. Local fracture
  5. Severe eczema
  6. Varicose veins
  7. Stone pimple (infection due to risk of expansion)

In case of pregnancy, please consult your doctor or midwife first.
If you have any of the above conditions, you must first be able to provide a written statement from your doctor before using the sauna.
